• Setting up and maintaining customer and order data in the SevDesk accounting program
• Responsibility for correct invoicing and monitoring of payment terms
• Review, recording and allocation of all incoming payments
• Independent handling of the dunning process, both by telephone and in writing.
• Examination, clarification and handling of complaints
• Control and reconciliation of accounting with the relevant departments
• Reporting to management
• Quality assurance of all invoicing processes

Your profile for the career opportunity

• Completed vocational training and/or further education in the commercial/financial field*
• Experience in accounts receivable and debt collection management
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented work style
• Teamwork skills, commitment and high motivation
• Proficient use of software and digital programs
• Ability to quickly familiarize oneself with new software solutions

Ideally, you will have completed commercial training for this position, such as office management clerk, industrial clerk, bank clerk, or wholesale and foreign trade clerk. Alternatively, you possess a professional qualification in accounting. Applicants without a specific commercial degree should have experience in accounts receivable and debt collection management.
