Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, new technologies and regulations in insurance industry.
• Assist in promoting collaboration with external providers or InsurTechs.
• Support end-to-end project delivery, including timelines, stakeholder coordination, and documentation.
• Assist in preparing reports regularly on project progress and outcomes.
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects or tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 2–3 years of working experience in insurance industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
• Proficient in Chinese.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office.

Preferred

• Experience in managing projects or working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in or familiar with emerging trends, InsurTechs, AI, and IT.
