Responsibilities

• Set up and optimize affiliate ad campaigns to meet daily goals.
• Manage the daily AdOps flow, ensuring reliable tracking and troubleshooting issues.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve ad-serving problems.
• Analyze campaign performance using Business Intelligence tools, generating reports, and providing key insights to account management teams.
• Ensure compliance with client and industry regulations.
• Assist in testing new ad formats and strategies to boost efficiency.
• Support senior team members in building strong relationships with affiliate partners.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital advertising, affiliate marketing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Affiliate Marketing.
• Basic knowledge of web technologies like HTML or JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• A genuine eagerness to learn and grow in the digital marketing space.
