同社では障害があってもチャレンジができる環境整えるため、2024年10月に社内にチャレンジ&ラーニングセンターを新設しました。社内の様々な部署から切り出された業務をチャレンジ&ラーニングセンターにて請け負い、メンバーの学びと適性に併せて業務をご担当いただきます。また業務と並行して年間の育成スケジュールが組まれておりますので、PCスキルやビジネスマナースキルを1から学ぶことも可能です。将来的には、業務習得状況にもよりますが、チャレンジ&ラーニングセンターから巣立ち、各部門で活躍できる道を目指すことも可能です。
