Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Service Coordinator / Technical Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth scheduling and documentation of service activities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting our field service technicians.
This position reports directly to the Service Team and works closely with Finance, Logistics, and the wider Service function to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
