To support our administrative processes, we are looking for a committed, structured and communicative personality as Administration Officer (m/f/d) who enjoys working with various departments and actively helping to shape operational processes.
Location and working hours
Full-time / 40 hours per week
Berlin office
Interface function with close cooperation between purchasing, sales, logistics and quality department
Communication with international partners and subsidiaries, especially in the USA
Consolidation and processing of data, documents and business transactions
Support for accounting and close coordination with the legal department
Maintenance of the merchandise management system incl. master data maintenance of customers, suppliers and articles
Preparation of quotations, orders, invoices, credit notes and shipping documents
Checking accompanying documents, processing complaints and returns
Office organization: ordering office supplies, preparing meetings and minutes
Travel planning, booking and preparation of travel expense reports
Support for purchasing and interface communication with the marketing team
Several years of professional experience in an administrative or operational role, ideally in an international environment
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and merchandise management systems
Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and sense of responsibility
