Administrator - Shipping and Receiving (m/w/d) - Logistics Center Magdeburg

This is your new challenge:

• Completing shipping documents and processing invoices as well as customs documentation
• Diligent maintenance of data in SAP and ensuring electronic communication with the customer
• Reviewing advance shipping notifications and taking corrective action in case of errors
• Ordering service providers and freight forwarders
• Booking incoming and outgoing goods
• Operating customs software related to import, export, or non-cleared goods

These are your previous achievements:

• Completed vocational training in a commercial/logistics field - ideally as an industrial clerk, freight forwarding clerk, or in wholesale and foreign trade
• Relevant professional experience in customs processing, import/export, and logistics
• Good knowledge of shopfloor processes
• Confident use of MS Office programs and standard logistics SAP transactions
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Structured and reliable working style (even under time pressure)
