Advisor Product Management (f/m/d)

Overview

As a Product Manager for Dedicated Server/Bare Metal Server at IONOS, you are responsible for the management and further development of our Dedicated Server/Bare Metal Server product offerings, as well as the associated services. Your tasks include integrating the latest technological developments into our products and ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the product portfolio for Dedicated Server/Bare Metal Server.
• Analyze and implement new server hardware technologies and optimize existing infrastructure.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop and optimize network functionalities and other platform services.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify trends and new business areas.
• Work closely with sales teams to promote and position products and support the resolution of technical customer inquiries.
• Create and maintain product specifications and technical documentation.
• Maintain contact with Customer Care and customers to continuously improve products based on feedback.
• Manage/coordinate technical projects.

Qualifications

• A completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience as a Product Manager or in a comparable role, ideally in the field of server technologies or IT infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of server hardware technologies and network functionalities.
• Highly developed analytical skills combined with technical understanding.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
• Independent and solution-oriented working style with high motivation and ability to work effectively under pressure.
