What you’ll do

• Design and run a global employee and leadership advocacy program across regions and markets – selecting and onboarding ambassadors, establishing an operating cadence that drives sustained, brand‑safe engagement and high‑level social media activity.
• Translate global trends and best‑in‑class advocacy practices into Knauf‑ready playbooks, including channel guidance, social templates, and localisation frameworks.
• Orchestrate agencies and internal stakeholders (brand, communications, HR, regional marketing) – writing briefs, setting SLAs, and ensuring high‑quality deliverables with clear KPIs.
• Define award‑winning advocacy content, ensuring production, quality, impact and compliance – developing and curating platform‑native narratives and ready‑to‑share content packs.
• Establish governance and alignment – implementing measurement dashboards to ensure advocacy supports corporate strategy while flexing to regional needs.

Who you are

• An experienced advocacy or communications professional in a global setting with a track record of building scalable employee and executive advocacy programs.
• Deep understanding of social platforms and advocacy best practices.
• Strong project management and communication skills, able to partner confidently with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
• Curious, resilient, insights‑driven – skilled at monitoring global trends, turning signals into pilots, and iterating based on data.
• Experienced managing agencies, copywriters and end‑to‑end briefs; fluent in English (German a plus).
