AEM Developer (Frontend)

Designation: AEM DeveloperLocation: EU (Remote)Experience: 1-3 yrs in AEM Responsibilities: • AEM Site and Asset Design Skills• Knowledge of AEM sites, templates, assets, and components.• Ability to configure components in pages according to design brief.• Authoring and creating web pages in AEM, making them responsive using CSS.• Mapping existing templates and components to approved visual designs.• Designing and optimizing tactics and graphics, adhering to template and brand guidelines.• Ongoing creative development, including iteration, image swap, and quick updates.• Collaborating with client’s CDM, brand stakeholders, and IBEX digital teams for smooth project delivery.• Supporting AEM transfer into development and operating environment.• Configuring page properties, tags, and asset metadata.• Ensuring site/pages comply with Google page speed tool. Qualification: • 1-3 years of domain experience• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design, Digital Marketing, or a related field• Proven experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for content assembly and website management• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design and layout• Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices• Excellent communication and teamwork skills• Problem-solving attitude with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues• Time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines• Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization is a plus• Knowledge of JavaScript and other scripting languages is an advantage• English speaking candidates will be preferred
