Description

- Develop accurate behavioral and electrical models for mixed-signal circuits, including SerDes, PLLs, memory interfaces and data converters
- Verify the performance and accuracy of the developed models against circuit-level simulations and measurements.
- Use latest LLM technologies to accelerate the model and software framework development
- Contribute to the development of modeling methodologies, best practices, and automation tools to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of circuit mode
- Optimize and refine models to ensure accuracy while maintaining efficient simulation performance
- Collaborate closely with system architects and designers to understand circuit specifications, design intent, and performance requirements
- Create clear and comprehensive documentation for the developed models, including specifications, usage guidelines, and limitations

Minimum Qualifications

Currently enrolled in your penultimate year of studies in a CE, EE, or related field (Bachelor's, Master's or PhD).
Available for 6 months or more
