Candidates must be eligible to work on military or NATO projects with the necessary security clearances. Your TasksAnalyze and assess aerodynamic characteristics of high agility fighter aircrafts Model and design aerodynamics datasets throughout the envelope for stability & control, performance and loads assessments Coordinate and execute wind tunnel projects including test requirements specification and test program setup Develop test and model concepts and specification and supervise external manufacturing of wind tunnel models Support instrumentation, calibration and in-house 3d printing of wind tunnel models Communicate and cooperate with all parties involved both internally and externally, coordinate suppliers Continuously strive for improvement to make our processes more efficient and to remain state of the art Your ProfileBachelor's degree or higher in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineer or a related fieldAerospace minimum over 3 yearsProficient knowledge in aerodynamics and flight mechanics with an affinity to fighter aircraft is necessary.Thorough knowledge about and experience in the application of measurement technology typically applied in the wind tunnel test environment is required.Knowledge about typical wind tunnel topologies and their trade-offs is mandatory.Hands-on attitude in the AeroLab and during wind tunnel tests as well as experience in model handling to be brought with.Fluent English language skills (business level), German language skill is a plus What we can offer youSalary range: €61,000 - €64,000 per year (based on a 35-hour workweek, depending on experience)A standard permanent employment contract with a multi-award-winning employer (Kununu Top Company 2025, Focus Top National Employer 2024, etc.)Above-tariff remuneration with attractive bonusesContinuous personal support through a fixed contact personIncreasing holiday and Christmas bonus within the first 4 yearsBonus payment "Employees recruit employees" up to 1,000 €Company pension planPossibility of home office in agreement with our clientsFlexible working hours through a personal flexitime bank accountIndividual further training opportunitiesOption of permanent employment at our client´s company This is TintschlThe Tintschl Group with its headquarters in Erlangen has stood for premium service competence in the fields of human resources, engineering and IT since 1997.
