We’re supporting a pioneering aerospace client at the forefront of the New Space sector, and they’re looking for a skilled Launcher Assembly Technician to join their high-performance AIT (Assembly, Integration & Testing) team.

The Opportunity

Be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering launch vehicles from initial structural assembly through to final acceptance testing. You’ll work hands‑on with cutting‑edge aerospace hardware in a fast‑paced, highly technical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Precision assembly of advanced aerospace components
• Machining and handling carbon fibre composites
• Supporting test setup and validation activities
• Maintaining strict cleanliness and quality standards
• Producing accurate technical documentation
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards
• Contributing to continuous process improvements

What We’re Looking For

• Completed vocational training (e.g. aircraft mechanic or similar technical discipline)
• Proven experience in aerospace and/or aviation
• Strong technical understanding and ability to read engineering drawings
• High attention to detail and quality standards
• Flexible, team‑oriented, and able to perform under pressure
• Willingness to travel for assembly work when required
