We’re looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager who will build and scale high-quality affiliate partnerships that drive profitable growth. You’ll own the partner pipeline end-to-end—from prospecting and negotiation to campaign optimization—ensuring revenue and ROI targets are met.
Manage the affiliate pipeline: source, qualify, negotiate, onboard, and grow partnerships to hit ROI/CAC targets.
Collaborate with Growth, Analytics, and Finance to align budgets, tracking, payouts, and performance goals.
Use data (EPC, CVR, CPA/CAC, LTV/ROAS) and experimentation to optimize offers, creatives, and partner mixes.
Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding and partner ops; build playbooks and reporting cadences.
Drive a predictable deal flow and performance rhythm through structured outreach and quarterly plans.
Hands‑on experience sourcing, closing, and scaling affiliate or partnership deals that delivered measurable ROI.
Strong understanding of affiliate ecosystems, tracking/attribution basics, and performance KPIs.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for partner-facing interactions and internal alignment.
Proven ability to diagnose underperformance and turn around campaigns with data-driven iterations.
Bonus: Experience with mobile subscriptions, affiliate networks/platforms, or creative testing.
