After-sales Engineer

• Manage the entire workflow of after-sales work orders for PV and inverter related products in German-speaking regions, including order receiving, registration, follow-up, and closed-loop management. Ensure timely and accurate processing of work orders, update order status synchronously, and feedback customer demands and product issues.
• Liaise with customers in German-speaking regions, respond efficiently to after-sales inquiries via email, phone, etc., and provide data support for product optimization.
• Assist in conducting after-sales training for local customers, explain product usage, routine maintenance, and common troubleshooting methods to reduce after-sales failure rates.
• Comply with the company's after-sales processes and relevant local regulations in Germany, properly keep after-sales records, maintenance reports and other documents to ensure standardized archiving.
• Complete other after-sales related tasks assigned by superiors and cooperate with the team to achieve regional after-sales targets.

Job Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant after-sales work experience in the PV and inverter industry. Familiar with the working principles, common faults, and maintenance processes of PV systems and inverter products. Experience in work order management is preferred.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, which can be used as a working language.
• Possess relevant technical knowledge of PV and inverters, capable of independently completing common fault troubleshooting, technical guidance, and work order closure. Familiar with after-sales management processes, with good problem analysis and solving abilities.
• Have a strong sense of responsibility, communication and coordination skills, and ability to work under pressure. Work rigorously and carefully, have a good customer service awareness, be able to adapt to the local work rhythm in Germany, and follow work arrangements.
• Hold a valid German work permit and be able to work in Germany long-term. Be able to accept occasional short-distance business trips within Germany.
