Agency Partnership Manager

We are Adnami — a Danish AdTech scale‑up that is changing the digital media landscape. Since 2019, we have been helping brands and agencies run campaigns that actually get noticed (we act with attention!).

We are growing fast (well, really fast), and now we are looking for an Agency Partnership Manager to join our team in Hamburg, Germany - An ambitious and curious person who is ready to make a difference in the media industry. Is that you?

What you'll do (a.k.a. your superpowers)

• Build strong relationships with agencies and partners (you'll be the person they love to hear from)
• Grow and manage key accounts and leads across the DACH market and help make our collaboration with agency partners smarter and more scalable.
• Spot new opportunities and pitch Adnami’s solutions and ideas that turn into exciting campaigns.
• Keep clients happy, supported, and inspired to do more with us.
• Work closely with our product, operations, and marketing teams to create magic behind the scenes.
• Become our in-house expert in high-impact advertising and programmatic.

What you’ll bring:

• Have a few years of experience in digital sales/media (min. 1 Year is preferred)
• Are already familiar with the programmatic landscape
• Excellent communicator (both written and verbally), with negotiation and presentation skills.
• Speak and write German and English fluently.
• Great skills in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides
• Willing to travel regularly to e.g. Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, and Munich for in person meetings with agencies, and happy to engage in industry and evening events
• Reside in Hamburg

Bonus points if you have

• A Media Agency network in Germany that you can activate
• Sales experience from another tech vendor, publisher or media agency is a big plus
