Agency Partnerships Manager - Global Business Solutions - Munich

Responsibilities

TikTok's Agency Partnership Managers are responsible for building long term partnerships with the top agencies and brands across DACH, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok.

Revenue Partnerships

• Strategically establish and manage client partner-focused relationships with agency holdings and large media agencies
• Work with crossfunctional teams to find the perfect holistic solutions for our clients and collaborate with internal teams globally across product, marketing, legal, engineering and sales
• Ensure clients get the highest level of sales and customer service, including excellent education (individually and at scale)
• Retain and grow revenue from agencies, always looking for new opportunities in close partnership with stakeholders within agencies

Campaign Planning and Management

• Plan and build compelling storylines and data-driven presentations that are customised and helpful to the agencies' client business
• Brainstorm, identify and implement advertising solutions on TikTok to deliver measurable results for clients
• Partner with cross-functional teams to help implement complex media strategies
• Manage internal account operations including account set up for new agency accounts

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Media background, with at least 5 years experience in digital media
• Proven successful management of Big 6 agency accounts
• Experience in analyzing campaign data and delivering recommendations
• Sales and consulting mindset, easily communicating with C level within large agencies as well as within enterprise clients' media units
• Good network within different Big6 agency holdings
• Fluent language skills in both German and English, in order to communicate with clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with product teams and other cross functional partners
• Self-starter, early adopter, fast learner.
