Agent Parts Expedition

Task Responsibilities :

Perform thePartsExpeditionfunction

• Process and placereturned parts intothe unserviceablestock.
• Ensure that the parts correspond to the labelling and computer data is correctlyupdated.
• Ensure that packaging and storage conditions arein accordance withdepartmentalpolicy.
• Ensuretimely,accuratedata input.
• Carry out stock transfers asrequiredandperformphysical inventory counts.
• Liaise with respective department to solve generalissuesthat may arise.
• Maintain good housekeeping using 5S priciples.

Processing ofBER (BeyondEconomicalRepair) and SCRAP parts.

• Ensurethat the partsarestored in the assigned area.
• Requesting the related shop to remove any sub-assemblies (cannibalization).
• Follow up with respective departments concerning the scrapprocedure.

Create internalrepairordersfor customer property and Cargolux property.

• Ensure that part is on ourin-housecapability list
• Process parts as per customer requests and regulations

Undertake general Material Control duties

• Work closely andmaintaininggood relationships with connected departments.

Essential Requirements For The Position :

• Secondary technical education, accomplished apprenticeship in a technical field or equivalent
• At least 1 year experience in a similar position
• Willing to work on shifts
• Be customer focused and have a co-operative attitude
• Have good communication skills and able to work with a team
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook)
• Have experience or at least an aptitude in forklift driving. Training will in any case be given and test passed

Working Conditions :

• Permanent role based in Luxembourg
• Flexibility of working hours is required
• Hold a valid B class driving license. A C class license would be considered a distinct advantage
• The successful candidate will have to obtain a valid medical fitness certificate for the job issued by the Company doctor prior to the start of the employment.
