Responsibilities

Understand customer requests quickly and propose appropriate solutions.
Provide clear and professional commercial communication.
Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure optimal service.
Actively participate in continuous improvement of products and processes.
Keep knowledge of our offers up to date to advise customers effectively.
Act as the first point of contact and contribute to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Fluency in French; German or English is a plus.
Education in communications or initial experience in a contact center or customer service.
Enjoy interacting with people and are motivated to find solutions.
Strong listening, communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
