The Team
We accelerate the future of enterprise IT through agentic AI. Operating under a Build‑Operate‑Transfer (BOT) model, we design, build, and hand over AI solutions that become resilient, scalable, and deeply embedded in enterprise platforms.
Your Role
- Lead AI transfer readiness across technology, data, infrastructure, and organization, covering operations, governance, quality, and integration health.
- Create readiness scorecards and gap analyses, owning go/no‑go decisions and prioritized remediation plans for solution transfer.
- Align roadmaps and embed agentic capabilities into enterprise platforms, enabling reuse and shared infrastructure at scale.
- Coordinate closely with enterprise architecture to ensure standards compliance and build shared agent infrastructure (e.g. tooling, memory, guardrails, observability).
- Act as the central connector across product, architecture, engineering, operations, security, and business stakeholders to resolve dependencies.
- Drive and facilitate transfer ceremonies, translating build‑phase decisions into transfer implications and surfacing risks early.
- Ensure adoption and long‑term value realization through success metrics, monitoring, feedback loops, and reusable playbooks.
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in technical program management, platform or data & AI engineering, enterprise architecture, or change management.
- Strong ability to orchestrate cross‑functional collaboration across product, engineering, architecture, and business teams.
- Solid understanding of data and AI platform concepts, enterprise integration patterns, and API fundamentals.
- Hands‑on experience with data platforms, governance, and foundational requirements for AI/ML systems.
- Familiarity with AI/ML operations, including model serving, monitoring, evaluation, and emerging agent infrastructure patterns.
- Proven track record managing complex dependencies and aligning competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, able to lead discussions, drive decisions, and align senior stakeholders.
