Job Description

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Agricultural and Construction Machinery Mechatronics Technician to provide expert maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services across a wide range of heavy machinery. This role is critical to ensuring operational efficiency, minimizing downtime, and maintaining high safety and performance standards across our nationwide service network.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and preventive servicing on agricultural and construction machinery
  
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults using advanced diagnostic equipment
  
• Repair and replace components including engines, transmissions, electronic control units, and sensor systems
  
• Conduct on-site repairs and servicing across various locations throughout the country
  
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation using digital systems
  
• Provide technical guidance and support to field teams and clients when needed
  
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations
  

Requirements

• Vocational training or university degree in Mechatronics or a related technical field
  
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in repairing agricultural and construction machinery
  
• Proven expertise in diagnosing and servicing complex mechatronic systems
  
• German language proficiency at C1 level for technical communication and documentation
  
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle access for nationwide travel
  
• Ability to work independently in remote or field-based environments
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  
• Willingness to travel extensively across Georgia as required
