Define the target architecture for AI systems and rapid prototypes in an Azure‑native environment. You ensure our PoCs and MVPs are scalable, secure, observable, and cost‑aware – ready to graduate into product teams. Your way of working is hands‑on, focused on building and enabling solutions rather than creating slide decks.

What you’ll do

Design reference architectures using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Vector DB/RAG, and EDA.
Pick the right patterns and frameworks for speed and safety (prompt pipelines, tool/agent orchestration, retrieval, evaluations, safety filters).
Drive platform concerns: security (AAD, Managed Identity, Key Vault), networking, cost controls, and reliability SLOs.
Manage CI/CD and LLMOps blueprints (Gitlab/Azure DevOps, IaC, model/prompt versioning, canary rollouts).
Lead design reviews, mentor engineers including hands‑on development and keep our stack aligned with company standards & regulatory requirements.

Must‑have

Extensive experience architecting AI systems on Azure; you can reason across data, model, and application layers.
Strong knowledge of GenAI systems (LLM orchestration, vector DBs/RAG, agent frameworks, MCP/A2A), plus classical ML where appropriate.
Proficiency in .NET/C# and Python and relevant Azure AI services & AI concepts (e.g. Search/Language/Speech/Document‑Intelligence).
Logging/metrics/tracing for AI systems (incl. prompt/response telemetry).
