GeneralMind is building the System of Action for modern enterprises: an operational AI layer that autonomously executes complex, recurring workflows end-to-end. This is not a copilot. It's an autopilot - capturing incoming tasks, analyzing them, and completing them with human-level capability across email, Excel, and enterprise systems. Human-supervised where it matters. Fully autonomous where it doesn't.

We recently raised $12M led by Lakestar and are already working with NASDAQ-listed and multi-billion dollar enterprise customers across industry, commerce, and logistics. Founded in Berlin in 2025 - we're just getting started.

About the Role

This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to build, not just execute. As our AI Client Acquisition Executive , you won't inherit a playbook - you'll help write it.

You'll be the engine behind our outbound motion, owning pipeline generation across our target markets in UK/US, DACH, and Europe. You'll work directly with founders and the sales team to test what works, move fast, and turn early signals into a repeatable, scalable outbound machine.

You'll become AI-native - proactively identifying ways to leverage AI to sharpen your outreach, accelerate your workflow, and contribute to GeneralMind's culture of high-velocity execution.

What You Will Do

  • Own the full prospecting pipeline — from identifying to converting leads — through phone, email, and social channels
  • Test and implement innovative outbound and inbound strategies, and share what works with the team
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product, market, and customers to engage decision-makers with sharp, relevant messaging
  • Conduct market research to identify high-potential B2B accounts and develop compelling sales materials
  • Create and refine call scripts and outreach templates; run internal training sessions and workshops to uplevel the team

Your Profile

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, with a strong interest in B2B outbound in UK/US, DACH, and Europe
  • Proven track record in outbound prospecting — cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn
  • Strong English communication skills (fluent); German or other languages are a plus
  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or similar)
  • Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales
  • Experience engaging enterprise customers or large organizations
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, target-driven environments with a high tolerance for rejection
  • Curiosity-driven — always looking to learn, improve, and build
