AI Content Specialist (d/m/w) – Produktsupport

Apply for the AI Content Specialist role at Lexware Office and help us deepen our AI‑first strategy in customer support. Your work will focus on keeping content for our KI assistant up to date and delivering precise answers to our users.

Location: Freiburg im Breisgau . We work mainly in the office but offer hybrid flexibility: after onboarding you can work from home or together in the office 2–3 days a week to strengthen team spirit.

What you’ll do

Content creation & optimisation: write or update articles, KI training data and guidances for the Belegerfassung support domain.
Quality management: review content regularly, analyse gaps with Intercom tools and continuously improve the quality and relevance of the KI assistant’s answers.
Knowledge transfer: share best practices with your team and other content roles, and support colleagues in understanding how our KI solutions work.
Service orientation: combine KI content work with support know‑how. Handle customer tickets via our system and create moments of service wonder.

What you bring

Experience in content creation & optimisation; tool knowledge (Intercom, Google Workspace) is a plus.
Technical understanding paired with analytical thinking to structure data and feedback; basic knowledge of KI systems (e.g., LLM functionality) is helpful.
Experience in product support and strong service mindset.
Ideally, familiarity with Lexware Office or basic accounting knowledge.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross‑team coordination (Product Owners, developers, etc.) and knowledge transfer within the team.
Proactive, agile mindset: self‑initiative in optimizing processes and a desire for continuous learning in a dynamic environment.
German language skills at least C2, spoken and written.
