We’re looking for an AI Developer (Backend / Agents & Automation) – someone passionate about connecting backend engineering, AI architecture, workflow automation and everything else what the AI future brings.

Your Role

As part of our backend & AI team, you’ll design, build and optimize different AI features such as voice bots, agentic tools, workflows, external data ingestion, internal knowledge retrieval, etc. Your work will ensure that AI-driven processes are reliable, explainable, and secure – from API integration to full workflow orchestration.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate state-of-the-art AI functionalities into our platform
• Build and maintain agent frameworks and toolchains (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.)
• Evaluate and compare AI tools (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, HuggingFace, etc.) – understanding strengths, weaknesses, and best use cases
• Develop and optimize backend services for orchestration (task handling, context management, memory systems)
• Work with the DevOps team to ensure secure, scalable deployments
• Build automated workflows connecting AI processes to real-world data and business logic
• Integrate new data sources, APIs, and enterprise systems
• Ensure logging, monitoring, and transparency across all AI operations

Your Profile

Experience in backend development with Python and FastAPI
Familiarity with AI Agent frameworks
Understanding of AI ecosystems and tools
Experience in workflow automation and process orchestration
Strong grasp of API design, data flow, and system security
Ability to structure complex systems pragmatically and iteratively improve them
Curiosity for new AI trends and the drive to make them production-ready
Nice to have: experience with Azure, Docker, CI/CD, RAG concepts, Graph AI concepts and vector databases
