Responsibilities

Innovation Champion: Lead the implementation of a group‑wide AI‑based CRM system, ensuring data is intelligently interconnected and sales relationships thrive.
Digital Solution Design: Deploy the ABIONIK Group webshop and create a modern sales platform that showcases sustainable products to customers.
Efficiency through AI: Introduce AI‑enabled tools for email, product and solution descriptions, and proposal generation to streamline content creation.
Data with Impact: Implement an AI‑based lead‑scoring system and use data‑driven analytics to uncover growth opportunities and ensure no valuable lead is lost.

Qualifications

Relevant Experience: Completed higher education or study and at least five years of professional experience with AI solutions in marketing and sales.
Proven Success: Demonstrable success in similar projects and an eye for innovative approaches that advance the industry and products.
Languages: Fluency in German and English with strong communication and diplomatic skills.
Flexibility: German residency, willingness to travel, and readiness to commit energy to further digital development.
Creativity & Precision: Meticulous, creative execution with a passion for sustainable innovation within a collaborative team.
