About the Role This fast-growing enterprise AI platform is redefining knowledge work with trusted,AI agents. As an AI Engineer - Enterprise Solutions, you’ll build LLM powered solutions that transform how enterprises operate - surfacing hidden knowledge, automating workflows, and accelerating decision-making. You’ll get hands-on experience shaping production-ready AI systems and influencing the future of enterprise AI. Responsibilities • Build and Ship: Design and develop AI applications primarily in Python. Validate models and package solutions for Kubernetes, AWS, or adapt to on-premises clusters.• Work with Customers: Lead discovery sessions, pilot projects, and ensure successful deployments. Collaborate mostly remotely with occasional on-site workshops.• Run and Improve: Monitor system performance and reliability. Enhance logging, billing, and auth services. Build internal tooling to automate repetitive tasks.• Share Knowledge: Provide feedback on patterns, reusable modules, and pain points to influence the future direction of the AI platform. Qualifications • 4+ years of experience writing production-quality software• Hands-on experience with LLMs and strong understanding of ML fundamentals• Strong customer empathy and ability to translate real-world problems into technical solutions• Product-minded approach: define success metrics, make trade-offs, and accelerate learning• Excellent communication skills for engaging with executives and engineers• Versatile problem-solver who thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments Nice to Have: • Experience in forward-deployed or product-oriented roles• Exposure to regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance)• Proficiency with Terraform or Pulumi and multiple cloud platforms• Experience integrating with ERP, CRM, or other large enterprise systems For more info or to apply please share your resume to [email protected].
