YOUR JOB

As an AI Engineer you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and implementing cutting-edge Generative AI solutions and intelligent agentic systems. Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing end-to-end Generative AI solutions AI agents and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to address business challenges and opportunities

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements providing technical expertise and delivering scalable and robust AI solutions

• Conducting research and evaluation of emerging AI models agentic frameworks and development kits

• Working independently on Proof of Concepts (PoC) to validate and showcase the feasibility of proposed solutions

• Conducting direct client communication to understand their needs and tailor AI-driven solutions accordingly

Essential Skills

• 3 years of experience in Applied AI or Machine Learning in the industry

• Proficiency in building Generative AI and Agentic applications at scale with expertise in using agentic frameworks vector databases grounding and other relevant concepts

• Direct experience or strong familiarity with agent development (e.g. LangGraph Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) Agno)

• Proven experience in research and evaluation of emerging AI technologies models and frameworks

• Extensive knowledge of Cloud AI offerings on one of the Hyperscalers (GCP AWS or Azure) including ready-to-use AI services AutoML approaches and custom model development

• Strong and assertive communication skills

• Passion for keeping up with industry trends and advancements in Generative AI and agentic systems

Beneficial Skills

• Hands-on experience with the Google Cloud AI/ML stack (e.g. Vertex AI Gemini Models Vector Search )

• Experience with AI evaluation frameworks (e.g. RAGAs LangSmith) writing integration tests and establishing robust validation strategies for Generative AI and agentic applications

• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes

• Familiarity with CI/CD processes for MLOps/AIOps

• A/B testing expertise for AI models and applications
