Role Description
We are seeking an AI Developer to design and deliver practical AI-driven applications that empower SMEs with ready-to-use solutions. The role is highly hands-on and focused on building AI assistants, automation, and voice-based solutions that create real value from day one. You will work in a fast-paced, pragmatic environment where ideas quickly become reality.

Requirements
Responsibilities:

• Design and build AI applications tailored to SMEs.
• Create and deploy voice assistants and automation solutions with immediate usability.
• Transform ideas into working solutions quickly, pragmatically, and effectively.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure real-world usability and fast adoption.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools: n8n, make.com, ElevenLabs, Retell AI, Loveable.
• Strong understanding of automation, API workflows, and voice agent development.
• A pragmatic, builder's mindset — focused on delivering value rather than just research.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and readiness to take ownership in a dynamic environment.
• German language proficiency (minimum B2)
