Job Overview
We are looking for an AI Engineer to drive AI adoption and integration across all departments. This role focuses on optimizing workflows, enhancing productivity through AI-driven solutions, and supporting the engineering team with AI model implementation and research. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in AI models, workflow automation, and hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Technical AI Development & Research

• Assist the Engineering Team in implementing and fine-tuning AI models such as LLMs, CLIP, XCLIP, and other advanced AI technologies.
• Conduct in-depth research on new AI models, tools, and frameworks, evaluating their pros, cons, and best practices for integration.
• Develop and maintain Python scripts for AI model implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with developers and data scientists to integrate AI functionalities into existing systems and workflows.
• Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with industry regulations.

Stellenanforderungen
Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of AI models and applications, including LLMs, computer vision models (CLIP, XCLIP), and automation tools.
• Experience in Python programming for AI implementation and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Langdock, and AI-powered project management solutions.
• Ability to analyze workflows and design AI-driven optimizations tailored to business needs.
• Strong research skills to evaluate new AI tools, frameworks, and best practices.
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical teams, marketing, production, and management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical business applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as an AI Consultant or Machine Learning Engineer
• Background in business process automation or AI-driven digital transformation.
• Familiarity with AI APIs and cloud-based AI services.
• Experience in prompt engineering and fine-tuning AI models.
