AI Engineer (LLM)

At Synthflow.ai, we're making AI accessible to everyone, regardless of technical skills or coding experience. Our platform allows our B2B clients to build sophisticated, tailored AI Voice agents.

We are now seeking a talented and passionate AI Developer to join our innovative team and lead the product development, research, and technical architecture for our new AI-powered platform. This is a hands-on role that will allow you to play a key part in shaping the future of AI.

Your Responsibilities

1. Research, design the architecture and implement new AI-powered features.
2. Implement those features together with the engineering team.
3. Develop and maintain the backend infrastructure, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
4. Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment of AI features.
5. Research and implement new AI technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance the platform capabilities.
6. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain code quality and best practices.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest AI and software development trends, sharing knowledge with the team and actively contributing to continuous improvement.

You have

1. Experience as a Python developer minimum 5 years.
2. Experience in building data infrastructure that is both scalable and extensible.
3. Experience in infrastructure containerization and DevOps & MLOps on (GCP or AWS).
4. Experience in building and maintaining enterprise-grade APIs (e.g. with fastAPI).
5. Knowledge hunger about AI and LMMs and desire to make Agents accessible to Businesses and Developers.
6. Builder mindset and enjoy to tinker around and experiment with complex systems.

Bonus:

1. Experience working with and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs).
2. Experience with low-latency audio stream processing.
3. Experience building production-grade applications with LLMs and using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.
4. Experience with large-scale distributed compute and cloud infrastructure.
