We’re now hiring our first AI/ML Engineer to design and build an AI Engine for Property Management – a “Virtual Accountant” that automates accounting, reporting, and compliance with cutting-edge AI (LLMs, intelligent agents, and automation).

Aufgaben

• Design and implement AI/ML solutions to automate workflows (e.g. transaction categorization, anomaly detection, document processing).
• Build and scale our AI assistant (LLM-powered) to support daily accounting and property management tasks.
• Apply techniques like LLM fine-tuning, RAG, embeddings, and agent frameworks to create reliable AI features.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and domain experts to identify automation opportunities.
• Deploy and monitor models in production with scalability, reliability, and security in mind.
• Continuously improve performance using real-world feedback loops.

Profil

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer
• Proven experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of NLP, LLMs, and AI agent frameworks.
• Proven Expertise and passion in building well-structured solutions, by integrating AI in application workflows
• Ability to work autonomously and in cross-functional teams.
• Startup mindset: proactive, flexible, and eager to shape the AI strategy in a fast-growing company.
• You are fluent in German, on a native or bilingual speaker level, and full professional proficiency in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS or ERP systems.
• Background in accounting or finance-related recognition tasks.
