We’re building the world’s best AI meeting assistant. We’re an early-stage, fast-moving startup looking for a passionate Product Engineer to join our core team in Berlin (hybrid/remote possible). You’ll have a massive impact shaping our product and technology.

Tasks

Build Core AI Features: Turn user needs and product ideas into robust, well-crafted code & prompts for our AI meeting note platform.

Iterate with User Feedback : Move quickly using direct user feedback and analytics, push product metrics.

Shape the Product: Work closely with the founders and the team to define, experiment, and improve the user experience.

Ensure Quality: Play a key role in ensuring we ship a robust, reliable, and exceptional experience to our users.

Requirements

Strong Product Mindset: You care deeply about user experience and are motivated by building products that solve real problems.

AI Experience: Experience with optimizing ML/AI pipelines, MLOps and prompt engineering.

Proven Engineering Skills: You have experience building and shipping software. We value seeing side projects or past work! (e.g., 2+ years of development experience preferred).

Adaptable & Fast Learner: You thrive in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements and can quickly pick up new technologies.

Location Preference: Willingness to work from our Berlin Mitte office several days a week i
