Role Overview

The Product Manager will drive product vision, strategy and execution, ensuring that the engineering team builds solutions that meet our customer and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Define the why, when, and what of products, leading cross‑functional teams from ideation to launch.
• Build product and strategy that reflects Insider’s vision, articulating business value to the team.
• Define and manage the release process, coordinating all activities required to bring products to market.
• Prioritize and own the creative process of generating, developing, and curating new ideas; benchmark market needs, competition, user requirements, and emerging technologies.
• Analyze metrics to evaluate feature performance and customer satisfaction, and suggest improvements.
• Champion a culture of high performance and collaboration, ensuring teams deliver on commitments.
• Drive the team to create great products that customers love.

Qualifications

• Experience with Large Language Models—prompt engineering, evaluation, and tuning.
• Hands‑on LLM‑powered agentic solutions.
• Experience building or evaluating conversational AI channels (nice to have).
• 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
• Hands‑on Agile product development and cross‑functional team leadership.
• Strong understanding of GenAI fundamentals (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, fine‑tuning, hallucinations, bias, accuracy).
• Experience with model APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, or Mistral.
• Proficiency with low‑code/no‑code tools and automation platforms for customer journeys.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into detailed product specifications.
• Strong executive presence, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Turkish.
