AI Tender and Pricing Business Analyst (M/F/D)

Tasks :

• Full assessment of the end‑to‑end Tender Management process
• Conducting a comprehensive review of existing process and tools in 3 countries (including US) on Pricing and Commercial Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
• Preparing detailed process and technology maps
• Developing a standard integrated gross to net mapping
• Deliver price policy support, including the development and documentation of core pricing, contracting principles and governance standards
• Ensure alignment and high quality outputs
• Participate in regular stakeholder discussions, facilitated meetings, and targeted workshops across functional teams
• Solid hands-on experience delivering AI and data‑driven projects including outside pharma
• 10+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Professional experience across industries plus 7+ years of professional experience in Pharma/MedTech/Life Science industry
• Master’s Degree
• Technical implementation experience in SAP-Hana, Salesforce in commercial projects
• Strong domain know how of pricing, contracting and tender management process from a business perspective esp from other major Pharma and Life Sc companies
• Clear understanding of commercial data and KPIs
• Client engagement and consulting experience in US and Europe
• Profound documentation and presentation skills
• Independent, process- and result-oriented way of working
• Excellent communication and Microsoft skills
• Fluency in the English language is required, any additional languages are an advantage
