Location

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of AI use cases across domains and global regions
• Coordinate AI use case development in an iterative approach and close collaboration with engineering teams and business stakeholders
• Organize and facilitate project management ceremonies to ensure transparency, alignment, progress, and continuous improvement
• Ensure that AI solutions adhere to internal and external regulatory requirements and governance standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, ideally in tech, innovation, or data-/AI-related domains
• Background in (industrial) insurance, financial services, or regulated industries is an advantage
• Proven track record of delivering global projects successfully from idea to implementation
• Strong lateral leadership incl. ability to steer service providers and hold project members accountable
• Strong understanding of genAI, agentic AI, general AI/ML concepts, and passion for new technologies
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Fluent in English; German is a strong plus
