Tasks

Manage file creation and all services associated with freight forwarding
Monitor/audit files weekly for compliance of estimate input profit margin setting and timely invoicing.
Assist clients in their day by day requests related to export/import documentation in order to ensure proper execution to the transportation files
Provide clients with complete Sailing details in order to ensure proper flow in information is guaranteed
Liaise with Airlines in order to procure the best possible solutions (capacity and cost)
Liaise with DP World internal Network and external Partner Agents
Network with your fellow regional Operations colleagues to ensure proper support is given in case of workflow overload

Requirements

Experienced in freight forwarding supply chain or a similar discipline
Minimum 2 years experience in Freight Forwarding industry with a focus on Air Freight
Ability to drive strong execution of initiatives ensuring that the Countries get things right the first time through questioning analysing planning and follow-up
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet various deadlines
Intermediate computer skills with a proficiency in MS Office (Outlook Word Excel & PowerPoint
Language skills in both English and German (minimum Level B2)
