AIRBUS: A320 Fleet Industrial Integration Manager (d/f/m)

You will work as an Industrial Integration Manager (m/f/d) within the Industrial Integration Team as part of the A320 Family Programme Configuration Management. You will be responsible for ensuring that the Customization Configuration industrial integration perimeter complies with the customer definition in terms of process, quality, lead time, and cost.
Your tasks:

• Perform the industrial integration of version modifications and late mandatory customer option requests
• Identify industrial risks and constraints, and monitor deliverables against programme planning, working closely with Production, Suppliers, Manufacturing, Plants, FAL, etc.
• Perform and consolidate the industrial integration of version reallocations and ensure proper monitoring of associated industrial risks and constraints
• Support project and chief engineering teams in mitigating potential risks related to new project developments, system issues, and ensuring programme robustness in fleet integration
• Continuously improve fleet industrial integration deliverables to secure on‑time delivery performance and customer satisfaction
• Drive continuous improvement of general industrial processes and tool projects, and contribute to simplification of the customization process to support rate increases
• Support digitalization initiatives and associated lean opportunities

Your qualifications:

• Completed degree in Aerospace Engineering, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in configuration management, manufacturing/production, manufacturing engineering, project management, and supply chain/logistics
• Stakeholder management experience is an advantage
• Aerospace experience is an advantage
• Advanced user knowledge of SAP and ICC; experience with Google Workspace is an advantage
• Business‑fluent German and English skills
• Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills across all management levels - internally and externally
• Independent, structured, and results‑oriented working style with strong analytical skills
• Team player with strong multicultural awareness
