Responsibilities

• Independent control and processing of air freight shipments from A‑Z
• Act as a contact and central link between our customers, our global network and all business partners involved in transport
• Perform analysis and initiate continuous improvement in your own sphere of activity
• Negotiate with service providers
• Bill air freight shipments with full cost control and overview of results

Applicant's profile

• Completed commercial vocational training as a forwarding agent
• Very good MS Office skills
• Independent work and high level of commitment
• Strong communication skills, persuasiveness and team player
• Confident knowledge of spoken and written English
