About the Role

We are looking for a hands‑on System Administrator with strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities to join a dynamic team. This is not a typical IT support role—it’s an application support position where you will interact directly with customers in Germany and internationally, both proactively and reactively.

You will ensure smooth operations of customer‑specific systems, troubleshoot issues, and perform in‑depth technical analysis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems in a practical way , solving problems, and taking responsibility for ongoing IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on customer‑specific systems in production.
• Perform log and system analysis at database, OS, and peripheral system levels.
• Test databases, services, and processes to ensure reliability.
• Work with heterogeneous hardware and software versions.
• Execute system administration and maintenance tasks.
• Support deployments and perform technical root cause analysis.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction.

Technical Requirements

• Strong knowledge of networks , Windows servers , and operating systems.
• Ability to read and interpret logs effectively.
• Experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems .
• General: A technical all‑rounder who enjoys deep system analysis and structured problem‑solving.

• German: Very good (mandatory)

• Spanish: Nice to have

A verygood command of English is essential, the capacity to speak French, German or Dutchis an asset.
