AIT Planning & performance Spacecraft Production Spain

Job Description:
We are looking for an Master Production Scheduler who will work in close relation with AIT management, Production Control, Manufacturing Engineering and Production to ensure an industrial process
You will belong to a dynamic team in a department which is responsible of the Industrial Planning, Performance & Control in Getafe space MAIT plant. You will work with a team across multiple disciplines to deliver on Quality, on Time and on Cost

• The jobholder is accountable for managing master production planning for the designated production areas according to the projects milestones commitments and performance targets.
  
• The jobholder is responsible to ensure robust communication between the AIT managers and Production areas.
  
• The jobholder is responsible for contributing to the MRP process, carrying out the activities associated with his or her role within the overall process.
  
• The jobholder is responsible for reporting at TSMS plant-level according to the MPS process, consolidating 3-axis resources plan (manpower, machines, surfaces).
  
• Responsible to validate with the relevant stakeholders the recovery plans for the projects.
  

• Requirements
  

• Industrial Engineer or Aerospace Engineer Degree or similar.
  
• E xperience in project management, manufacturing and production control.
  
• Pro-activity and autonomy. Team working ability
  
• Leadership skills to manage different stakeholders
  
• Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English.
  
• Able to work in an integrated manufacturing Team, autonomously in a proactive and responsible manner.
  
• Able to work in one or more projects managing the workload and prioritization of activities in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
  
• Able to work in an organized and ordered manner complying with the Company, Quality and H&S standards.
