Key Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and implement computational algorithms within an existing C++/Python codebase
• Contribute to large-scale software architecture alongside engineers and data scientists
• Conduct performance tuning and data-driven optimization of existing algorithms
• Review peer code, share feedback, and collaborate closely within cross-functional teams
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and test frameworks
• Support integration and validation phases including system and user acceptance testing

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 5–7 years’ experience in software development with a strong focus on algorithm design
• Deep proficiency in modern C++ (C++11/14 or higher) and working knowledge of Python
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and mathematical principles (linear algebra, analytical geometry)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
• Team player who can operate independently and collaboratively in a global environment
