In this role, you’ll develop and optimize cutting-edge motion planning algorithms powering next-generation driver assistance and autonomous driving features — including automatic parking, adaptive cruise control (ACC), and autonomous navigation.⚙️ Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy motion planning and behavior planning software for ADAS systems.Generate optimized, safe, and dynamically feasible trajectories using modern planning algorithms.Apply advanced vehicle dynamics and control principles to enhance algorithm performance.Translate automotive requirements into robust algorithmic solutions.Follow Agile methodologies and the V-Model for module development.Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams for seamless ADAS integration.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.🎓 RequirementsMaster’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or related field (Ph.D. preferred).7–10 years of experience in the automotive industry, focusing on ADAS or autonomous driving.Strong understanding of motion planning algorithms and vehicle dynamics.Hands-on experience delivering complex software features for automotive-grade hardware.Proficient in C, C++, Python, MATLAB.Knowledge of AUTOSAR, AUTOSAR Adaptive, and ASPICE standards.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.⭐ Preferred QualificationsExperience deploying motion planning algorithms in real-world automotive applications.Familiarity with complex vehicle models and ISO 26262 safety protocols.
