Alibaba Cloud - Recruiter/Sourcing Specialist (Europe Region) - Munich

Job Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development : Identify and engage potential candidates through advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social platforms, talent databases, referrals). Build and maintain strong talent pipelines aligned with Alibaba Cloud’s international hiring needs, with a primary focus on Europe. Market & Talent Research : Monitor employment trends and conduct talent market research in key business regions. Provide insights into industry movements, organizational structures, and competitor talent strategies to support recruitment planning. Collaboration with Recruiters & Hiring Teams : Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, define sourcing strategies, and ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates into the recruitment funnel. Employer Branding Support : Contribute to employer branding initiatives by promoting referral programs, coordinating talent engagement activities, and representing Alibaba Cloud at sourcing-related events.

Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience in talent sourcing, with proficiency in Boolean search, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing platforms/tools. Demonstrated ability to apply diverse sourcing strategies to attract international talent. Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate market insights into actionable sourcing strategies. Full professional fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience sourcing talent in cloud technology, AI, sales, pre-sales, or post-sales domains. Proven ability to build candidate pipelines and track conversion metrics to optimize sourcing effectiveness. Strong problem-solving, project coordination, and organizational skills, with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with recruiters and stakeholders.
