Job Description:

• Responsible for promotion and direct sales of KN products in allocated area to existing and new customers to meet individual/team targets and organization's business objectives.
• Initiating contact with potential customers for generating enquiries, creating awareness about product features/applications and developing sales.
• Customer Relationship Management.
• Promotion of new concepts of technology/new products introduced by the division.
• Developing strategic technical sales tools/arguments for different products.
• Lost order analysis.
• Forecasting and budgeting of sales for responsible areas/customers.
• Resolution of customer complaints.

Education/ Experience:

• Diploma/Degree in Textiles.
• Good knowledge in Circular Knitting Technology (preferred).
• Experience in Knitting Industry preferred.
• Good communication skills - written and verbal English.
