About the Role
Amazon Account Specialist (f/m/d) , you’ll take end‑to‑end ownership of our clients’ Amazon operations while helping shape the future direction of our
Content & Account Operations Team .
How would you spend your time if you join us?
- You will manage the daily operations of Amazon Vendor and Seller accounts, ensuring consistently high content quality and operational excellence
- You will prioritize and coordinate incoming requests, make informed resourcing decisions, and ensure expectations and deadlines remain aligned
- You will identify opportunities to improve and automate operational processes, contributing ideas from concept through testing and evaluation
- You will support the development of AI‑driven features within Account Operations by proposing use cases, testing functionalities, and shaping future automation
- You will onboard, coach, and mentor team members across all areas of Amazon account management, fostering both capability and confidence
- You will review team output, offer constructive and actionable feedback, and maintain high standards across deliverables
- You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to keep projects coordinated, transparent, and moving forward efficiently
- You will, when relevant, engage directly with clients as a trusted operational partner, guiding them through Amazon‑related challenges and opportunities
Who Are You?
- You have at least 3+ years of experience in Amazon account management (Vendor, Seller, or both) with broad exposure across operational topics
- You are a well‑rounded Amazon operator who can independently navigate complex situations and apply best practices with confidence
- You have hands‑on experience in content and account operations, including catalogue management, audits, content updates, A/B testing, and listing optimization
- You are an effective communicator and keep workstreams running smoothly
- You have strong attention to detail, operate with ownership, and consistently deliver high‑quality work
- You have excellent English communication skills; German is a strong advantage
