Analyst – Asset Management (m/f/d)
to join their Berlin team, focusing on the
Residential
asset class.

Responsibilities

• Support the asset management team in the operational and strategic management of residential properties
• Assist with acquisition processes and financing activities, including communication with banks
• Analyze and evaluate real estate portfolios and prepare decision-making materials
• Contribute to the implementation of value-enhancement strategies
• Prepare reporting, presentations, and financial analyses

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in asset management, real estate investment, or financial analysis
• Ideally, experience in the residential segment
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a solid understanding of financial concepts
• Structured, proactive, and team-oriented working style
• Good command of German and English (written and spoken)
