Join TK Elevator as an Analyst in our Digital Operations Center (DOC) located in Düsseldorf, working across our global operations in America, Europe, and Asia.

What We Expect

Digital Operations Centers translate data into actionable insights for our service and sales workforce, improving performance of our customers’ elevators and escalators. We need a highly motivated individual to help accelerate the impact of DOCs globally.

• Close collaboration with global DOC leadership
• Improve process and organizational setup of global DOC collaboration model
• Drive and develop regular reports on progress and effectiveness of globally distributed DOCs
• Conduct market intelligence research on peer competition and similar DOC approaches
• Develop training and communication material (e.g., PowerPoint and video) to explain DOCs to the wider TKE organization

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics, technical, or engineering, or comparable
• At least 2 years of professional experience in process and organization design within consulting or corporate role
• High proficiency in MS Office suite, ideally with PowerBI skills
• Understanding of B2B service context
• Competence in data analysis and passion for data-driven innovation in industrial services
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
