Analyst (m/f/d) – Real Estate Investments

We are currently supporting a client in Frankfurt in their search for a highly motivated Analyst (1–2 years of experience) to join a dynamic, corporate-level real estate investment team. Candidates with an investment banking background are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Analyze real estate investment opportunities and support strategic decision-making
• Build and maintain detailed cash flow and financial models
• Prepare investment memoranda, reports, and presentations
• Conduct market research and in-depth financial analysis

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in real estate, finance, or investment banking
• Strong financial modeling skills, particularly in cash flow modeling
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
