Your Tasks

• Identify, interpret, and validate corporate actions such as mergers and acquisitions, rights issues, and dividend announcements for Equity instruments.
• Analyze global company shareholder structures to determine free float market capitalization.
• Oversee and maintain the accuracy of key financial data used in index development and calculation processes.
• Contribute actively to change management initiatives and business development projects.
• Collaborate and communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including major financial institutions, data vendors, and stock exchanges.

Your Profile

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, with a strong interest in capital markets.
• Genuine enthusiasm for financial markets and indexing-related topics.
• Initial practical experience gained through internships in investment banking, asset management, or the indexing industry.
• Programming skills in Python.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and capable of working independently with strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying challenges, implementing solutions, and improving processes.
• Organized, confident, and precise working style, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
